At UREVO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your UREVO treadmill or fitness gear in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger equipment.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
